What Is a Legionella Risk Assessment?
A Legionella Risk Assessment is a legal requirement under HSG274 and ACoP L8. It identifies where Legionella risk exists within your water systems and whether suitable control measures are in place.
At LCS, we assess the full water system, from mains and calorifiers through to outlets, showers and TMVs, giving you a clear picture of where risk exists and how it should be controlled.

Many Legionella risks are missed because the assessment starts with an incomplete picture of the system. Outdated schematics, missing assets and undocumented changes can create blind spots before the assessment even begins.
