  • 24 Hour Service Response Guarantee

    We offer a facility to report repairs or emergencies 24 Hours, 365 Days a year. If you go to voicemail for any reason/outside of office hours, we guarantee to respond within 45 minutes.
  • Real-Time 4 Hour Emergency Response Guarantee

    For all clients on LCS Water Hygiene contracts, we guarantee to respond in person onsite to an emergency within 4 hours of reporting the incident or the repair is free.
  • Politeness & Professionality Assurance

    All staff adhere to an Excellence in Customer Relationship Policy which means that our clients can be assured of professional, polite and courteous treatment from all staff members or the repair is free.
  • Competency Guarantee

    All staff/technicians are fully trained/qualified in accordance with the Governing Association whom we are members of (Legionella Control Association), staff will also be uniformed and fully disclosure checked (DBS).
  • Transparent Pricing Guarantee

    We do not hide any charges, our pricing policy clearly defines the cost of your repair and associated costs.
  • Client Comprehension Guarantee

    For effective control method to be wholly effective it is essential that responsible individuals are fully aware of their duties and understand the reasons behind performing certain tasks. We guarantee to spend enough time with each client for them to achieve a high level of comprehension.
  • Reliability Assurance

    When completing repairs and routine maintenance work, we complete all work required on our first visit where humanly possible. If a part of the water system fails within 3 months of a repair by LCS, we will repair it for free.
  • Full Manufacturer’s Warranty

    All parts that come from our suppliers may be subject to a Manufacturer’s Warranty which is transferred to the client. Most of the products we supply are supplied with a 24 month Warranty provided that they are used in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and serviced by LCS Staff only.
  • Most Recent, Accreditation & Approval Assurance

    We assure our clients that management, staff and clients all receive the latest information relevant to their sector(s). LCS receive all legislative and H&S updates as soon as they become public, we take it as part of our duty to deliver this information to clients.
  • Unlimited Reference Guarantee

    We offer unlimited advice to all of our clients on their chosen service. We believe clients understanding to be paramount to the longevity and success of all solutions provided, therefore we guarantee to make all our advice and information as readily available as possible.
  • Fix or Free Guarantee

    If a client returns to LCS to fix a problem or fault that LCS have already repaired & haven’t given an advisory for further work to be carried out, the fix is free.
  • No Mess Assurance

    Our staff always clear up any mess onsite whenever we work on clients premises. We also guarantee to minimise disturbances and/or disruptions to the operation of the business whilst performing our job, subject to safety regulations and the urgency to complete the task.
